ABOUT THE ARCHITECT
Living Geometry is headed Balaji who has above 12 years of experience in design, execution and project management.
Soon after Bachelors in Architecture from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai, he started working in Bangalore where he had the opportunity to work on housing, hospitals, hotel designs. The notable projects are Vedanta township and Hospital designed by internationally acclaimed Architect Pekins&Wills.
Graduated Masters in Building Engineering and Management from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi in 2011. For ensuing years, he was involved in construction of High-Rise Mixed-use development project which houses Four Seasons five star hotel designed by Canada's top design firm Yabu Pushelberg. He has worked with various international consultants, exposed to advanced construction techniques, value engineering methods and site management processes.
He is an Indian Green Building Council Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) who has a complete understanding of sustainable building practices. He also has impeccable academic credentials. He was awarded silver medal for academic excellence. Has won 2nd Prize in International Green Building Design Competition in 2011 conducted by Fensterbau Frontale, New Delhi. He is also a guest speaker at various academic institutions.
He is a registered architect and a member of Council Of Architecture.
