DESIGN BRIEF

Group housing project for a developer in Bangalore consisting of 60 independent villas. The plot size ranges from 30'x50' to 60'x80' with amenities such as club house, tennis court, swimming pool, etc.

The design intent is to create a rustic, farm house ambience within a small plot.
Garden, landscaped areas are provided at site level as well as individual plot level. Overall planning of independent villa is extroverted. The rustic look of exposed brick work, concrete finish, filler slab is complemented with smooth wall surface and glass.
