DESIGN BRIEF
The Design concept, centers around a huge & a beautiful garden.
1. Creates a cool micro-climate in otherwise hot locality
2. Topiary Landscape – Shrubs cut in different forms like animals, buildings etc Aesthetically appealing and making it focal point of attraction.
3. Landscape design inspired from ‘Miracle garden’ of Dubai. Concept – new to Madurai.
The circular design of garden is not only aesthetically appealing but also creates small sectors of themed gardens, animal farms, open air theater, children play area etc
The proposed resort project – a weekend getaway for people in and around Madurai, has
- Animal farms & bird farms to attracts children.
- Banquet halls which serves social and business gatherings.
- For Health and wellness – Jogging tracks, outdoor yoga and meditation , spa & swimming pool.
Design – site is zoned to leave a huge unhindered space for the garden. Hence all buildings are zoned on one side leaving the rest of the site for landscape. This also helps in better management, monitoring and control of guest areas

The Garden is not seen from the main entrance gate, creating a sense of curiosity and suspense about the ‘Garden Retreat’. A beautiful vista is created right at the car porch having a stunning view of the garden through Fully Glazed Reception Hall.
The Bar and Restaurant have stunning view of the Garden on one side and Pool side dining on the other
The cottages are separate from the happening place ensuring privacy.
