DESIGN BRIEF

A commercial project on a main road at Chamrajpet, Bangalore. It is very close to GNM arcade designed by our firm. The client’s brief was to create commercial space which is to be rented for showroom & office purpose. The building has a basement parking. Building owner has on office in the topmost floor with terrace garden. Idea was to create a free flowing curved form in the elevation which was an enigneering challenge as well as execution.
