DESIGN BRIEF

A commercial project on a main road at Chamrajpet, Bangalore. The client’s brief was to demolish an existing structure and create commercial space which is to be rented for showroom & office purpose. In order to break the monotony and better view of displays the walls are angled. The building has a basement parking. Building owner has on office in the topmost floor with terrace garden.
